ALL our WEBSITES ARE fully RESPONSIVE

This means the pages and their content will adapt to display contextually to various screen sizes and devices, allowing for a highly usable experience no matter how users access the website; from a desktop, iPad, tablet, or mobile phone.

Please note: Our designs are responsive and fall well within the acceptable range of devices used, however extra-large, extra-small and extra-old devices, browsers and operating systems might not enjoy the same viewing pleasure. This is out of our control.

WYSIWYG ‘What you see is what you get’ site builder

We use a WYSIWYG drag and drop strip and block website builder to build your site. The perks of using a WYSIWYG site builder allow us to offer you a website that is attractive, affordable and fast to build. Limitations you should be aware of can include the range of fonts and site colours that can be used and the versatility/complexity of the sections available within your website. However, these are negligible when compared to the ease, speed, price and app integrations that are available. Therefore, it will not be considered a valid reason to terminate this contract after purchase should you require something more complex.

Logo Design

Should you wish, you will have the opportunity to include your business logo. If you do not currently have a logo or require a new logo, we provide guidance on our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/creativecats.website here you can find free and premium easy online Logomakers in our photo album labelled ‘Free Website Resources’.

Text Content

You provide the text content. Each package comes with questionnaires about your business. The questions have been carefully considered and constructed and provide guidance, links and examples giving you the opportunity to correctly describe your business, services and brand as you would like your customers/clients to see you.

Graphics, Logos and Photographs

You have the opportunity to upload photographs of your business. Should you not have any suitable, high quality photographs we provide a link to a free stock-photo library where you can select quality photographs that best reflect your business.

Hosting

Should you select a package which includes hosting, we use the reliable and competitively priced site123 exclusively for hosting, and suggest you cancel any existing hosting. 

Hosting prices are heavily discounted should you commit to a hosting package for a 2-year or 3-year term.

Website Updates

An important part of keeping your site relevant and attracting visitors is by updating your content. This can be through new products or services, pricing changes, or latest industry news. Some companies do not have the time or money to use expensive and often elusive website designers to do what can be frequent (and costly) updates.

Therefore, we do encourage you take control of your website, saving you time and money. We do this by empowering you to learn to make changes to your website yourself.

How do we do this? 

The website WYSIWYG builder we use to construct your website requires no prior website building knowledge. With the minimum of effort, it is simple and easy to update your own website. We provide you with a link to comprehensive online support that will guide you through any updates you wish to make to your site, including access to site123 live chat.

Ultimately should you prefer that we make changes for you, the cost is £60 per hour.

Essential Suite Purchases

The price does not include hosting. If you would like to use a) your own domain name i.e. your business url e.g. www.creativecats.website; b) remove the advert on your website and; c) collect payments online you will need to purchase hosting.

Professional Suite Purchases

The price does not include hosting. In order to accept payments through your website you will be required to purchase hosting. Pricing starts at £132 per year. Hosting is with Site123’s Advanced Hosting Package and includes a free Domain Name for 1-year and removes the advertisement logo. You can then use your own business domain name should you already have one. When the 1-year hosting is up for renewal it will be your, THE CLIENT’S responsibility to renew and maintain the subscription with Site123.

Premium Suite Purchases

The Premium Suite includes 1-year hosting with Site123’s Professional Plan and a free Domain Name for 1-year. This allows you to remove the advertisement logo and include your own business domain name should you already have one. You will be able to accept a variety of different payment types and add various Apps to support your business requirements (see table below). Once the 1-year hosting is up for renewal it will be your, THE CLIENT’S responsibility to renew and maintain the subscription with Site123.

Below we have listed SOME of the free and premium Apps available to use with your site, this list is not exhaustive and we will happily answer any queries about the availability of apps not listed below.
